Ergonomics:
Although the osteopaths and physiotherapists at the Central London Osteopathy and Sports Injury Clinic in the City of London diagnose and treat the full range of muscular-skeletal problems, we also have specialists in treating problems that
occur because of patient’s occupations.
These aren’t just the kind of problems suffered by drivers, manual workers and
workers who spend long periods at computer terminals – we treat a number of
classical musicians and even circus performers!
Our ergonomists generally
undertake a workplace ergonomic assessment, looking at the way people
interact with their working environment in order to come to an accurate
diagnosis.
This allows us to treat problems at source by correcting working
environments, helping to ensure people need fewer treatments to be free of pain
and are less likely to return for additional treatment in the future.
